Stork Nest country estate

The Stork Nest is a varied landscape with marshy meadows and wooded areas. Of particular note in this area are the Swamp Cypress trees that stand in one of the marshy meadows. These originally American trees are estimated to have been planted some 200 years ago. The estate gets its name from the stork's nest that stands on the authentically thatched large barn. The barn was originally built as a sheepfold and a flock of sheep is still present on this estate to this day.
