This summer, the Goirle again has plenty of activities for young and old! From cosy music evenings to creative workshops and sports challenges - for six weeks there is something fun for everyone. Read on and find out what you can do during Merweken 2025!

Relax and enjoy

Every Monday is Zen Day with various activities such as Kundalini Yoga, moving to music or mindfulness workshops. Just relax and recharge your batteries. Participation fees range from free to a maximum of €6 depending on the activity.

Summer evening@JanVanBesouw

Tuesday evenings are dedicated to relaxation and culture with live music and cabaret performances. Be surprised by local artists such as Neil Foreman, Oscar Smit & Ellis Broeksteeg, and Rachél Louise. The evenings start at 19.30 at CC Jan van Besouw and are free of charge.

Sport and adventure

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy challenging activities such as laser gaming, disc golf, panna football in Grobbendonck Park, and even an exciting water pistol battle! Activities will take place at Mainframe or in the open air. You can register from 7 July by calling 06-85271326.

Creative activities

Unleash your creativity during activities such as flower arranging, summer crafts, etching or during the 'Crea Day'. Ideal for children and adults who like to roll up their sleeves.

Special events

A unique highlight this summer is 'Between Art & Trick', a surprising collection and valuation of jewellery and coins, together with a lecture on the Royal Family by Martijn Akkerman. The event 'Camping Activities Goirle' including overnight stays is also special for youngsters from group 8 and bridge class.

Snacks, drinks and conviviality

Enjoy a cosy 'Hap and Stap through Goirle', where you can taste and enjoy at various locations. The summer will end with a delicious BBQ at De Wildacker, a cosy closing event not to be missed!
