Ton the cat goes outside to play for the first time. He plays tag with the butterfly, but suddenly she disappears and Ton is lost. Quickly he goes looking and finds many different houses. He makes new friends and together they experience special adventures, but he also longs for his own nice basket. Help cat Ton search and join the adventure! Cardboard comes to life in a surprising performance full of movement for everyone aged 3 to 8. With minimal means and maximum curiosity, a new world magically emerges. In this surprising world full of cardboard animals, Bram playfully brings empty boxes, toilet rolls and even old newspapers to life. Quotes: "With his spontaneous and open play, Bram takes you into a continuous story that flows from one adventure to the next without stopping for one moment for a set change. Everything is well thought out, which ensures that pace and dynamics are almost always right. All the cardboard animals have their own movement quality, and Bram dares to go well beyond that. This also makes it a daring performance for toddlers. From a hyper-fast animal to the incredibly slow, funny snail. Another nice bonus is that everything looks so simple that I think children immediately want to start working with boxes and rollers at home or in the classroom. Nice!" (Johnny de Meijer, Klein Festijn) "My 5-year-old son was totally into the story and when we got home he immediately wanted to craft with boxes. After a few hours, he replayed the whole show and still cat Ton goes everywhere with us! Great that Katton continues in a child's imagination and play for so long." (Myrthe Lugtmeijer, Punch&Judy) "A combination of artistic excellence with educational value!"
