This time, the lecture will be musically enriched by the Vocal Ensemble Da Capo.The Chapel of the Jan van Besouw exists 100 years this year and we would like to celebrate this with you! On this special milestone, Jan van Eijck of the Heemkundekring De Vyer Heertganghen takes you on a fascinating journey through the rich history of this unique building.During the lecture, Jan talks about the laying of the foundation stone on 19 February 1925 and the solemn dedication on 21 December 1925. But there is more: Jan will talk about the chapel's beautiful Art Deco style and its striking floor, a true eye-catcher with a great story to tell.Jan van Eijck is known for his lively storytelling style and his talent for bringing history to life.
