After ten years, Klaas van der Eerden is back in the theatre with Blijven drijven: an energetic comedy show with skits, typettes, music and maybe dance...In recent years, Klaas has mostly appeared on TV, including in Foute Vrienden and can be heard on the radio on Radio 538's morning show. Getting up every morning at 4.15 am and then crawling cheerfully behind the microphone, Klaas can do it.Where does this insatiable drive to constantly entertain and make everyone laugh come from? And wasn't this destiny, due to a fatal accident in his family, already fixed from birth? In this theatre programme, Klaas tries to answer this question. One thing is certain: he will always be afloat.About Klaas: Klaas van der Eerden is a comedian and presenter for television and radio. In 1999, he won both the jury and the audience award at the Amsterdams Kleinkunstfestival, after which he made no fewer than seven full-length cabaret programmes for 15 years, including Extreem!, Wortels and Breedbeeld. In 2014, he decided to focus on his radio and television career. On television, he gained fame as one of the Foute Vrienden and as presenter of the CupCakeCup, among others. From 2018 to 2023, he was frequently heard as a sidekick on Radio 538.
